Job Title: Experienced Warehouse Associate

About the Role: A reputable wholesale distributor in Doral, FL, specializing in marine supplies, is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate to support our fast-paced operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient material handling, and timely order fulfillment. We are looking for a bilingual professional with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Use RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and process orders.
Receive, stock, and organize inventory with attention to detail.
Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred).
Load and unload shipments, handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Conduct inventory counts and perform quality control checks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Work overtime when necessary to meet business demands.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
Experience: At least 1-2 years in warehouse operations or inventory management.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with RF scanners and order-picking processes.
Equipment: Forklift certification and experience operating sit-down forklifts preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Transportation: Reliable means of getting to and from work.
Work Ethic: Team-oriented with a proactive and dependable attitude.
