Job Summary

The primary function of the Warehouse Supervisor at Ralph Moyle, Inc. is to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Training of new Warehouse Associates
• Ability to use WMS at offsite facilities
• Unloading and loading of all inbound and outbound shipments
• Picking, scanning, throwing, staging, loading, or unloading product
• Reporting all discrepancies of product, location, quantity, and conditions to management.
• Use sit down and stand-up forklifts.
• Practices safety methods in the operation of equipment and performance of duties
• Oversee conduct of warehouse associates during day-to-day operations
• Assigns responsibilities of loaders, pickers and receiving personnel
• Advise management of conduct or performance issues by personnel on their shift
• Provide constructive input for annual reviews
• Checks all outbound loads for accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of warehouse supervisory experience or other management experience
• 1 or more years of warehouse experience

While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to have the strength and stamina to lift and carry tires and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. Must be able to sit on the forklift for long periods of time. Ralph Moyle, Inc.
