EverStaff, a recruiting firm, seeks a candidate for our Direct Hire position with a top client, offering excellent work culture, benefits, and growth potential. We are looking for an experienced Web Graphic Designer

Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site)

Annual Salary: Up to $72k DOE

Summary:

As a Web Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and web development teams to craft visually captivating graphics that uphold our brand identity, enrich our online presence, and captivate our audience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics for websites, ensuring optimization for web performance.
• Develop digital marketing materials such as email campaigns, banner ads, and social media images.
• Liaise with the marketing team to grasp project requirements and craft designs that fulfill marketing objectives and drive user engagement.
• Maintain and refresh digital graphics and layouts to keep website and marketing materials current.
• Coordinate with web developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs across various digital platforms.
• Contribute to the creation of branding materials, ensuring consistency across digital channels.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Keep abreast of design trends, technologies, and tools to enhance design quality and effectiveness.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Adherence to company policies is expected.

Required Education and Experience:

• Degree or certifications in marketing, graphic design, or related field OR 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, HTML & CSS.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).

Preferred Experience:

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.

• Excellent visual design skills with attention to user-system interaction.
• Creative problem-solving skills to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Interest in staying updated on web design and digital technology trends.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Basic knowledge of camera and camcorder operation and technique for video editing purposes.
