We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team in a production welding and processing environment. The role involves tac/mig welding, including tasks such as plate to plate, block to plate, butt joint, stitch welding, pipe welding, and square block welding for brackets and components. Occasionally, you may be required to operate a press brake, assist on a paint line, engage in powder coating, and participate in assembly tasks.

Work Environment
Join our mid-sized fabrication shop with around 30 colleagues, where you'll find processes like paint, press brake, welding, and assembly. We are a growing company, having added multiple new customers in 2024. Our facility includes two buildings and is equipped for production welding, offering welding bays and handling mild steel from 20 gauge to 1 inch. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays if needed. The shop environment is flexible regarding work hours, as long as management is informed. Employees receive paid breaks and a 20-minute paid lunch.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
