Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Process sales orders for Jushi's 17+ dispensaries as well as all third-party dispensaries
- Create daily and weekly menus using LeafTrade
- Manage existing relationships along with Sr. Wholesale manager and Account manager with wholesale accounts and serve as the point of contact for needs and requests
- Act as the wholesale contact for all Beyond Hello dispensaries as needed
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics
- Collect and process credit memos
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Expert in all Jushi brands and communicates the value of products
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge
- Represent Jushi at industry events throughout the state
- Relay vendor and customer feedback to commercial and sales departments for continuous improvement
- Support and execute local marketing initiatives as needed
- Monitors how Jushi products are merchandised and displayed in dispensaries online
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Post in Scranton and Philadelphia markets
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Wizard)
- Tech Savvy
- High school diploma/GED. Undergraduate degree preferred
- Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required; this person will be one of our product experts
- Non-traditional work schedule including evenings and weekend work
- Previous experience in a sales position preferred
- A positive, can-do attitude that is focused on providing solutions that contribute to the expansion and growth of Jushi's portfolio of brands.
