What We Seek:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in window installation, remodeling, carpentry, or related fields, with a proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while working in homeowners' spaces.
• Availability & Independence: Scheduled availability aligning with homeowners' schedules and the ability to manage time and processes independently.

Requirements for Subcontractors:

• Vehicle & Tools: Ownership of truck, trailer, and tools (assistance programs available), and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Certifications & Insurance: Certified Lead Renovator Certificate (preferred, assistance available), and insurance coverage meeting specific requirements.
