We are seeking candidates who:

• Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2025 season.
• Want to make a livable wage. All Full Time employees at Sparkle Squad start at$18/hr + tips, bonus, and commission (part-time = $15 p/hr)
• Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.

What You Will Do:

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Holiday light installation and removal (bonus pay will for holiday light jobs)
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
• Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

What You Will Get: 

• Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break to recharge and enjoy your day.
• Opportunities to work evenings and weekends when jobs require it.
• Full Time - A living wage starting at $18/hr+Tips, Commission, & Bonuses
• Part-time = $15 p/hr + Tips, Commission, & Bonuses

Contract length:  Contract length is dependent on start date, we are a seasonal business so the contract length can range. Please contact us to learn more.
