Job Description

Must speak Spanish or Portuguese or Chinese. Queens, LI, Westchester and other borough NY locations directly across from train and bus. Primary responsibilities include consistently communicating with clients, adjusters and with the attorneys -conducting research to aid with investigating the facts of a case -request and analyze medical records associated with claims -and verify charges and bills for the claim. \
Filing, scanning and indexing documents to case file. Reading and comprehending medical records.\
Requirements/Qualifications:\
A minimum of 3 months experience as a workers compensation paralegal.\
Must be reliable and self-sufficient with a thorough understanding of workers' comp claims and process.\
