Immediate opening for an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 5+ years of defense experience for highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This position is for the firm's office in Milwaukee, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity with a hybrid schedule that offers attorneys the ability to work remotely from home part of the week!

You must be an attorney licensed practice law in Wisconsin! Please do not apply if you are not a lawyer!!!

Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Wisconsin, and a proven track record in:

• Prior experience handing workers' compensation defense files from beginning to end;
• A self-starter capable of handling a full case load;
• Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;
• Embracing and developing client relationships;
• Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;
• Excellent verbal and written skills;
• Accurately report time; and
• Generating business for the firm.

*Portable book of business preferred, but not required. Salary commensurate with experience portable business !
