Our Mission is to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! Job Summary The Youth Sports Coordinator is responsible for delivering a great sports experience for kids and parents on game days. From coaching and high-fives, to equipment set up and organizing, to refereeing and game management, you'll have a blast teaching kids the fundamentals of sport! Responsibilities Assist parent volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions with kids ages 3-14 focusing on fundamentals and skill development across multiple sports. Facilitate and referee games - understand rules, keep score and time, focus on player improvement, be vocal and have a coaching mindset! Teach & demonstrate the i9 Sports Sportsmanship values Engage with kids and parents with a positive attitude and deliver a fantastic customer experience This is a Good Fit If You Have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following sports: soccer, flag football, baseball, basketball, volleyball Have experience working with kids Are skilled at delivering positive customer service - are you high energy, positive, upbeat!? Able to work weekends in Petaluma What this Job Will Provide You (Besides Pay) Experience working in a fast-paced environment. This job will not be boring! Teach you how to communicate with many different types of people - kids, parents, coaches, etc. Network and meet families in your community - you never know who you'll meet or who's watching!
