JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled

3D CAD Modeler to support engineered design and fabrication workflows. The ideal candidate will excel at producing precise, material-specific models that align with project documentation and industry standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination across engineering and fabrication teams. Key Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models using Tekla, SDS2, or Advanced Steel. Review and interpret engineered drawings, project documents, and specifications. Ensure all models meet dimensional, material, and design requirements. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication personnel to support project execution. Maintain organized documentation, revision histories, and version control. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve design or modeling inconsistencies. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience working with Tekla, SDS2, or Advanced Steel. Background in construction or metal fabrication. Strong spatial reasoning and mathematical skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities. Collaborative team player with a positive, goal-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments. Knowledge of fabrication shop standards and workflows. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
