Position Purpose The Applications Specialist acts as the primary contact for technical training of Transfinder clients, assessing training needs, delivering customized training, and collaborating with project teams. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery: Facilitate technical training via webinars, video calls, in-person sessions, and internal training, with follow-up support. Training Schedule: Develop and manage training schedules based on client needs and project timelines. Training Program Design: Create tailored training programs to meet client and organizational needs, sharing innovative ideas with the team. Training Materials: Prepare and update manuals, presentations, and other materials, ensuring they reflect current product knowledge and client feedback. Training Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness, document outcomes, and maintain records in CRM systems. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and projects as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and presentation skills. Ability to design effective training programs and utilize multimedia platforms. Independent worker with quick learner abilities. Experience 2-4 years in a technical training role, with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Travel Requirements Travel to client sites and the Transfinder Annual Summit as needed. Physical Requirements Sitting for extended periods, ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Salary Range $60,500 - $85,000, based on experience, education, skills, and location.
