Kelly Services, in partnership with POLARIS, is currently recruiting for Assemblers at their ROSEAU, MN location.
Location: Roseau, Minnesota
Pay: $20.01/hour, earn up to $24.92 with experience
Standard Shift: Monday-Friday
2 OPTIONS
#1- 8-Hour Shift, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay $20.71
Must be available for overtime as needed
#2- 12-Hour Shift: $22.01/hr
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay $20.71
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay $22.01
Enjoy a schedule with 80 fewer workdays per year, weekdays off, and a rotating 3-day weekend every other week (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off). Plus, take advantage of more overtime opportunities.
What does a typical day as an Assembler at Polaris look like?
You will: Install subsystems, parts, and components into a vehicle on a moving assembly line
Perform checks and inspections to ensure Polaris quality standards across all products
Utilize various power tools, hoists, and production equipment to build products
Job Qualifications:Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
Ability to stand throughout duration of your shift and bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat as required
