**Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ** Specifications:

• *BCBA Pay Rate:** $65 - $85 per hour based on experience

• *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Utilize evaluation tools such as the VB-MAPP, Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
• Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; oversee the implementation, modeling, and progress monitoring of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
• Provide training to parents, caregivers, and ABA technicians on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graph data, adjust strategies as necessary to ensure client progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
• *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:**
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA working with children, teens or young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and writing positive behavior support plans.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
• *BCBA Pay Rate: $65-$85** hr., based on experience
