Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Parkside Kia in Knoxville, Tennessee. As the Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting functions of the dealership. This is a full-time management position with a base salary plus commission and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all finance and accounting operations of the dealership
- Review and verify customer credit applications and secure financing for vehicle purchases
- Coordinate with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers, including subprime and lease financing
- Present financing options to customers and explain terms and conditions in a clear and professional manner
- Train and mentor sales staff on proper finance and insurance procedures
- Create and maintain relationships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with all finance regulations
- Oversee the preparation and submission of all paperwork and contracts to lending institutions
- Monitor and review department performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement new processes and procedures accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance and accounting records
- Assist in managing and reconciling schedules and budgets for monthly and annual reports
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance and accounting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
