Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Director of Operations with daily recruitment operations

- Support new recruits throughout the application process

- Match applicants with rewarding job opportunities

- Ensure customer open positions are filled within 24 hours

- Set up interviews and coordinate schedules

- Generate sales leads and contribute to business growth

- Maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Bachelors in Business or HR Administration (or 4 year consistent work history in HR/Recruiting)

- Clean background

- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen

- Must be able to travel nationally

- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively

- Must have reliable transportation, check-in staff at times, or go to client site when needed

- Must be proficient with Microsoft and Google Sheets and Mail

- Social Media Recruiting Experience

- Excellent and professional communication over the phone and in person

- Able to build long lasting relationship's with customers.

- Must be able to not be on personal phone during work hours

- Being bilingual is a requirement
