Brand Ambassador – South Bay We’re looking for a personable and driven Brand Ambassador to help expand our presence across the South Bay Area. In this role, you'll focus on building meaningful community connections, increasing local brand awareness, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and receive hands-on training in outreach, lead generation, and client engagement from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Prospecting • Relationship Management • Sales Presentation • Closing Deals • Market Research • Customer Support • Sales Reporting • Collaboration • Brand Promotion • Travel • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, MLB games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all the company's outside sales representative duties • Close sales • Recruit more sales reps • Team player • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Proven experience in outside sales • Strong prospecting, presenting, and closing skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and techniques • Proficiency in using CRM software • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must currently live within daily driving distance of the San Jose/South Bay Area • The total compensation listed reflects on-target earnings (base + commissions) when performance goals are met.
