Responsibilities

• Operate a dump truck to transport materials to various job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the truck.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

You should be proficient in:

• DOT Medical Card
• Current CDL License
