Content Designer Position Type: 12+ Month Contract Location: San Jose, CA – Onsite Remote for certain candidates: May be remote for certain previously affiliated candidates for Ex-PayPal Position Overview A leading global technology organization is seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to support executive-level communication, strategic initiatives, and transformation programs within the Technology division. This role will work directly with senior technology leadership—including the VP of Technology and C‑Suite stakeholders—translating complex digital programs, AI initiatives, and technology investments into clear, compelling narratives, dashboards, and presentations. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to drive clarity, alignment, and decision‑making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop high‑impact strategic presentations and executive‑level content for senior technology leadership. Build structured, data‑driven business cases to support technology investment and prioritization. Facilitate strong stakeholder engagement across IT, Finance, Strategy, and operational teams. Partner directly with C‑Suite leaders to translate complex digital opportunities, risks, and program updates into clear, actionable presentations and dashboards. Design and deliver transformation roadmaps that connect AI initiatives and technology programs to measurable business outcomes, including process efficiencies and reduction of manual work. Create dashboards, reports, and executive summaries that communicate progress across portfolios. Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy across all content intended for leadership audiences. Work cross‑functionally to gather inputs, validate information, and maintain alignment across teams. Qualifications Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation design skills . Strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and strategic planning . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills . Proficiency in business productivity tools, presentation software, and data analysis tools . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred .
