About you:

• You earned or will earn a bachelor’s degree before August 14, 2025, within the last 10 years.
• You live within a two-hour commute to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• You are unemployed (and legally authorized to work in the U.S.) or underemployed (your current job does not require a bachelor’s degree).
• You are a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. (e.g., permanent resident, employment authorization, DACA).
• You must be available four evenings a week (Monday-Thursday, 6:30-9:30 PM).
• You will be at least 21 years old by August 14, 2025.

Additionally, candidates should meet at least ONE of the following criteria:

• First-generation college graduate: you (or a sibling) are the first in your immediate family to earn a bachelor’s degree in the U.S.
• Financial aid recipient: you qualified for Pell Grant or state need-based aid during most of your college years.
