Exciting Opportunity: Director of Property Management Operations

RichSmith Management, a dynamic and growing property management company, is looking for a Director of Property Management Operations to lead daily operations and ensure our properties reach their full potential. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing operational and financial performance across a diverse portfolio of 80+ communities, including Market Rate, LIHTC, and Senior properties. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Property Management.

About the Role:
As the Director of Property Management Operations, you will oversee all aspects of portfolio performance and team management. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence. Success in this position requires a comprehensive understanding of property management processes, market awareness, and the ability to anticipate and adapt to industry trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize revenue while ensuring operational and financial excellence across the portfolio.
  • Lead the implementation of corporate policies, programs, and initiatives at the property level.
  • Drive market awareness and use insights to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and execute asset property management strategies.
  • Manage delinquency and ensure best practices for owner interests.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Who You Are:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in apartment property management supervisory roles required.
  • Multisite and/or regional management experience is required.
  • Experience with LIHTC programs is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of all aspects of property management operations .
  • Affordable Housing Accreditations such as HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO, or other applicable designations are a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving performance goals.
Work Schedule & Location:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Located at our corporate office on Maumelle Blvd.
