Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for team members.

• Organize and maintain office files and records in an efficient manner.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
• Support the team in organizing meetings and events, including logistics and catering.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
