Join our growing Distribution team today.Starting Pay $21.25/hr+ Incentive up to $7.00/hr.Increase to $23.25/hr after 2 consecutive weeks of 100%+ ProductivityWeekend Differential $2.00/hrFreezer Differential $2.00/hrYou Pick your schedule based on open shiftsGrowth and professional development opportunities.Recognition for great work, company events and picnics, and much more.Job Responsibilities:Transports products safety through the warehouse on electric pallet jacks.Maintains order selection performance and standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.Ensures the labels and pallets are accurate.Build stable and well cubed pallets.Maintains a positive attitude and sense of teamwork.Assists other departments with work activities as needed.Builds strong relationships within the warehouse to promote safe and respectful working environment.Position Requirements:Previous Warehouse/Selecting experience strongly preferred.Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds continuously as well as pick with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyMust be able to work in a range of temperatures from -10 to 90+Must be willing to work in grocery and cooler section, freezer is optionalOccasionally pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and grippingGood judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately availableAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
