Responsibilities:
· Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
· Demonstrate proficiency in basic bookkeeping
· Utilize sales skills to promote travel packages.
· Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and informed advice to clients
Requirements:
· Must have some travel background
· Knowledge of GDS Reservation System such as Worldspan or Travelport Plus
· Knowledge of airline rules and travel policies
· Proven sales experience
· Strong customer service skills
· Bookkeeping skills for managing financial transactions.
· Excellent knowledge of geography and travel destinations
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
