💼 Position: Government Contracts Associate

A highly respected Am Law Global 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Government Contracts Associate to join its well-established Government Contracts practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on sophisticated government contracting and grants matters within a nationally recognized platform.
What You Will Do:
• Advise clients on FAR and DFARS compliance, Uniform Guidance, and regulatory requirements
• Support investigations involving government contracts and grants, including False Claims Act matters
• Assist with bid protests and prime contractor and subcontractor disputes
• Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and contribute to high-stakes advisory and litigation matters
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys, government agencies, and sophisticated clients
What We Are Looking For:
✔ At least 2 years of experience in government contracts and or grants matters
✔ Exposure to FAR, DFARS, Uniform Guidance, bid protests, FCA actions, or contract disputes
✔ Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent academic credentials
✔ Prior law firm, government, and or judicial clerkship experience preferred
✔ Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing

💰 Compensation: $215,000 to $355,000 annually, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
