Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission by performing the following duties:

Recruitment: Engage with candidates for various job orders by leveraging your knowledge of recruitment practices and current social media trends to effectively fill positions.
Sourcing and Screening: Identify qualified applicants, evaluate their qualifications, and conduct thorough screenings. You'll also assist the Credentialing Coordinator by checking employment references and background information.
Communication: Make 80 to 100 calls daily using phone and internet resources, following a prepared script to connect with prospective candidates.
Brand Maintenance: Cultivate and maintain your personal brand across social media platforms.
Candidate Preparation: Brief and prepare candidates for interviews with clients to ensure they feel confident and ready.
Data Management: Track recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and terminations/separations.
Negotiation: Collaborate with candidates to negotiate competitive compensation packages.
Networking: Attend job and career fairs, and actively engage with healthcare organizations and professional associations to expand your network.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
At least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Proficiency in PC computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications, along with experience in organizing files.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Previous experience as a recruiter, in direct sales, or as a healthcare professional.
