Entry-Level Insurance Producer – Scottsdale, AZ

• Base Salary : $36k + uncapped commission (Average of $65-75k year one)
• Licensing Support : We’ll assist you in obtaining your Property & Casualty license before you start.
• Comprehensive Training : Full onboarding program with continued development to ensure your success.
• Career Growth : Base salary increases to $45k once you hit 100 policies and continued opportunities to advance within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sell Insurance Policies : Engage with clients to provide insurance solutions across various carriers .
• Manage Leads : Focus on closing deals as we provide the leads for you—no cold calling.
• Client Service : Provide excellent customer support, ensuring clients receive top-notch service throughout the sales process.

Who We’re Looking For :

• 1+ years of prior sales experience is a plus
• Highly motivated and tenacious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• A team player, ready to learn and grow within the company.
• A desire to succeed and a willingness to work towards your Property & Casualty license.
