About this Position:

Job Title: IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform setup and installation of desktop microcomputer systems (Dell, Apple, Microsoft) and related peripherals.
• Conduct installation, imaging, and updates for a variety of desktop software products and operating systems.
• Provide troubleshooting and diagnosis for performance problems related to systems, databases, networks, and software applications.
• Set up, install, and support audio-visual equipment, including projectors, document cameras, and video conferencing systems (Epson, Aver, Cisco WebEx).
• Install and support network software products as directed.
• Provide necessary change and support documentation for all completed technical tasks.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure all work is completed in a professional, timely, and correct manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in desktop installation, software imaging, AV setup, and telecom support.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, cloud services, and security protocols.
• Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and technical diagnostics.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
