Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Jr Customer Service & Technical Support - Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY) Location: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard -Onsite Support Clearance: Must be eligible for base access Certs: Security+ (or willing to earn within first year – we’ll support you!) You’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems while developing core skills in tech support, troubleshooting, and customer service. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first line of support for users needing help with systems and applications
• Answer questions and solve problems via phone, email, or chat
• Log all activity and resolutions in a service ticketing system
• Learn how to escalate technical issues and follow through until resolution
• Work with a team focused on delivering high-quality, reliable IT service
• Stay current with tools, tech, and procedures—we’ll help you learn

What You Bring:

• Military experience, especially in a technical, communications, or admin role (preferred but not required)
• OR 0–2 years of experience in IT, help desk, or customer service
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to learn
• Good people skills—you’ll be helping users who rely on you
• Willingness to work some nights, weekends, or holidays when needed
• Interest in pursuing a career in cybersecurity, systems, or IT support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible for DoD access (base clearance requirements apply)
