Job Description
We are looking for a Laser Manufacturing Technician who wants more than just a job—you want to be part of a team that is building the future of laser technology. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment, assembling, aligning, and testing high-power visible and infrared laser systems.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with precision optics and electronics, and takes pride in producing work that matters. You’ll receive full training in our procedures and work alongside a skilled team in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Assemble and align fiber amplifier modules using fiber cleaving, splicing, and precision tools.
Package finished fiber assemblies into laser amplifier modules.
Conduct functional and quality checks on components and systems.
Record and report performance data with accuracy and clarity.
Maintain equipment and workstations for efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with engineering on continuous improvements and process feedback.
Contribute to R&D and new product projects when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience with at least several of the following:
Handling and cleaning optics
Fiber splicing and cleaving
Precision assembly with small parts and tools
Laser measurement instruments
Mechanical/electrical assembly and testing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
Basic proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
Clear written and verbal communication in English.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn.
