Responsibilities Your success hinges on your ability to source your own leads; you are a lead-gen machine and a natural-born relationship builder. Make a high volume of calls to reach your targets (examples: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day). Engage with clients in person or virtually; visit 5 open houses a weekend or more as needed (the numbers scale to 10, 25, or 50). Work beyond traditional hours; this role grinds beyond banking hours and may require after 5 pm, nights, and weekends. Leverage our back‑office support to close leads — seven days a week, nights, and weekends. Benefit from representing 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, with a massive portfolio of loan products to close more customers and maximize earning potential (no income caps).
