Manage system configurations, install systems, document architecture, and adhere to network standards. Assist in hardware/software selection, implementation techniques, and capacity planning. Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, LAN, and WAN. Perform patching and upgrades to ensure security and compliance. Analyze IT requirements, validate system needs, and provide recommendations. Advise on network architecture and optimization; support end-user deployments via GPOs. Additional Details: Implement and maintain enterprise networks including Cisco routers, switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Software Defined Access. Create SOPs, IP/Ports listings, and network diagrams. Conduct testing, monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on optimization. Track activities in ServiceNow. Qualifications: Experience with physical and logical network infrastructure deployment/refresh projects. Configuration experience with switches, routers, and firewalls. Experience with network monitoring tools and gathering technical requirements. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
