Responsibilities

Security Flex Officers protect the residential and commercial properties of our clients against theft, vandalism, fire, and much more.

The role of a Security Flex Officer provides strong security presence and visibility on the site and assist contractors, subcontractors, clients, vendors and visitors with safety, security and customer service.

Our Security Flex Officers are responsible for observing and patrolling commercial and residential properties to prevent theft and unauthorized access. Security Flex Officers will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the sites, as well as patrolling and scanning check points around the site. Security Flex Officers will have the following duties:

• Cover open posts and last-minute call-outs
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes to (1) hour of being called
• Maintain security post or security checkpoint
• Grant authorized visitors access
• Prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the site
• Provide directions to visitors and/or the public
• Maintain detail incident reports
• Prevent property damage, and if any damage occurs, security officer will document such damage in an incident report and report it immediately to direct supervisor
• Conduct regular foot patrols and scan points around the site
• Watch for suspicious activity and/or unsafe conditions and report such

Job Details

Pay: $16-17/hourly

Job Type: Part-time and Full-time

Shift and Schedule: 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Night shift, Day Shift, Weekends as Needed, Holidays, On-Call.

Job Site Locations: Metro Atlanta Area (Willing to travel Outside of the Perimeter as well)

Qualifications

• Must have open availability to work various days/shifts. *** this is an on-call position***
• Adaptability; Every shift can be different, so flexibility and adaptability are key
• Must be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year+ experience is preferred
• Must have your own vehicle to transport to job site
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Neat well groomed professional appearance
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must have own working smartphone
