Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires proficiency in various office software, strong clerical and organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our databases and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accessible.
Duties
· Perform order entry tasks by accurately inputting customer orders into the system and ensuring timely processing.
· Act as a personal assistant to the office manager by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
· Handle administrative tasks specific to the service center, such as managing records, scheduling appointments, and processing orders. Transcribing information from various sources into electronic formats.
· Utilize QuickBooks or other accounting software to assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing clients, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
· Input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
· Serve as a receptionist at the service counter setting by greeting visitors, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
