Job Description:
As a Paralegal at our firm, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of case management and preparation. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting and filing petitions and applications, and maintaining meticulous case files. You will communicate regularly with clients, gathering necessary documentation and providing updates on case progress. Additionally, you will assist in preparing for court hearings and interviews, ensuring all procedural requirements are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of immigration law processes. Prior experience in family-based immigration, CrimImm, and removal cases is highly desirable. Pay is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
