Join us in making every patient experience exceptional, apply today! What you'll do Collaborates with patients, families, staff, and physicians to resolve complaints and drive service recovery. Acts as a catalyst for system improvements by addressing recurring patient experience issues through performance initiatives. Communicates and reinforces the hospital's mission, vision, and values to enhance the patient experience. Partners with departments to implement service strategies, provide training, and support customer service excellence. Conducts patient rounds and gathers feedback to identify opportunities for recognition and performance coaching. Develops strong professional relationships across the organization to analyze patient experience data and improve processes. Champions service excellence by modeling best practices and facilitating ongoing education and leadership coaching. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a health, mental health, counseling, social work, or related profession. 5 years of experience in acute or emergency medical care, mental health care or treatment of addictions performing counseling/ social services or direct clinical care functions.
