We are currently hiring Packers to join our production team in Batavia, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Highlights:

• Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Over time Fridays required when needed)
  
  
• Pay Rate: $20.35/ Hr.
  
  
• Location: Batavia, IL

Daily Tasks:

• Package products to meet all required specifications.
  
  
• Ensure nonconforming materials are sorted, clearly identified, and organized properly.
  
  
• Weighs, transports, stacks, and organizes products and containers.
  
  
• Assist Gluer Operators as a packer and product inspector.
  
  
• Load stacks of cards into the gluer feed table and catch finished glued product for packaging.
  
  
• Place finished items into corrugated boxes for shipment.
  
  
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments professionally.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; complete daily sweep sheets.
  
  
• Follow all safety and operational procedures without exception.

Requirements:

• Entry Level - Willing to train the right candidates.
• Prior Machine operation or mechanical knowledge a plus!
• Lift and place cards into corrugated boxes (1-2 lbs. per stack).
• Stand for 8+ hours per shift.
