What Interns Will Unlock at dormakaba

Interns will walk away with a professional headshot, a larger professional network, and a one-of-a-kind experience in the security and access solutions industry at a leading global company. The summer consists of weekly business Lunch and Learn sessions, community volunteer activities, and team building events with peers and senior leadership!

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Hourly Salary $20-$24 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Gather data and analyze the business challenges alongside subject matter experts. Drive evidence-based decision-making that helps design a new process.
• Schedule routine check-in meetings with your supervisor to monitor the advancement of assigned projects.
• Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions where you will get to learn more about a business topic of the week! Some examples of past topics include: Top 10 Presentation Skills, Environmental Health and Safety, StrengthsFinder, etc.
• Deep dive into data and use evidence-based decision making that helps design a new process, introduce new technology, re-imagines the way we collaborate, or positively influences our culture.
• Sit in on meetings both within and beyond your designated role to broaden your engagement.
• Collaborate with other interns on projects.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Pursing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business with anticipated graduation date in December 2025 through Spring 2028
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks (May-August 2025)
