Full time, In-Office in Costa Mesa, CA

Join Altametrics as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in scaling our enterprise software and professional services teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify top talentprimarily focused on growing our sales team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a full-time, in-office role in Costa Mesa that offers a collaborative environment and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, and your personal LinkedIn profile.
• Screen resumes and conduct Zoom interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offers and negotiations.
• Administer assessments and ensure all steps in the hiring process are completed efficiently.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industries is preferred.
• Proven success recruiting for sales and customer-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms, with the ability and willingness to use your personal LinkedIn profile as a recruiting tool.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
