Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality. Requirements A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment firm. Solid understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing trust with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
