As a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) , you will manage patient records, ensure accuracy, maintain compliance with privacy regulations, and streamline data retrieval. Your attention to detail supports effective clinical decision-making and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain, and update patient health records in EHR systems.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA).
• Assist clinical staff in accessing patient data for care decisions.
• Monitor data quality and work on process improvements.

Qualifications:

• RHIT certification required.
• Familiarity with home health documentation and compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail, data management, and organizational skills.
