Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse - Outpatient Surgery provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Required Education:
Associate degree is required
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Required License:
Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state)
Required Certification:
BLS certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire
Other:
1 year of experience in a health care setting is preferred
