Environment: Office

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually + $300 monthly auto allowance

What You’ll Do:

Lead and Supervise: Oversee day-to-day security services, ensuring top-notch standards.
Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, acting as the key liaison.
Problem-Solving: Meet regularly with clients to address issues, provide updates, and ensure complete satisfaction.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and continually develop staff to meet high-performance standards.
Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations, contracts, and policies.
Innovation: Recommend and implement new approaches to improve efficiency and service quality.
Rapid Response: Provide swift action in critical situations.

What You Bring:

Experience: Minimum one (1) year of management experience (3 years preferred), with a security management background.
Education: A college degree in business or a related field is preferred but optional.
Skills: Compliance management, security policy, supervising, recruiting, training, proactively identifying security risks, and security operations management.
Professionalism: Maintain high standards of conduct and appearance.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an extensive screening process.
