Under the supervision of the Supervising Engineering Geologist for the Burned Watershed Geohazard Program (BWG) within the California Geological Survey (CGS), the Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for providing project management and scientific expertise for the BWG program .

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. Working Conditions

This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person at: 320 West 4th St., Suite 850 Los Angeles, CA 90013 at least two days per week. Alternative work locations will not be considered.

Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview but must show proof of residence in California prior to being eligible for appointment.
