Personnel Plus   is NOW HIRING   a Snow Crew Member in Nampa, ID

• Temporary position
• On call position (early mornings, mid-day, nights etc.)
• $20.00 P/H
• No experience needed

Description: The Snow Crew member must have a positive, “can-do” attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions given by the Snow Crew Lead.

Duties:

• Follows all instructions given by the Snow Crew Lead.
• Thoroughly understands and complies with company policy and safety manual.
• Reports any/all unsafe conditions or accidents.
• Properly and safely operates equipment.
• Works in a safe manner and reports any/all unsafe conditions to foreman and/or supervisors.
• Reports to work on time.
• Is a willing learner who seeks to master the basic skills of being a Snow Crew member.
• Reports to work in an appropriate uniform wearing appropriate cold weather clothing, boots, and gloves.
• Able to communicate with supervisor in a timely and thorough manner.
• Completes assigned tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and per company production rates.
• Able to use basic tools safely and properly: shovels, snow blower, snow broom, ice melt spreader, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• No previous construction experience needed.
• Must be drug free
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Physically able to handle the workload of a general laborer and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to lift up 50 lbs without assistance
• Valid drivers license
