Are you tech-savvy and passionate about helping others? Staffmark is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, TN. If you excel in troubleshooting, customer service, and technology, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $17/hr.
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Role Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
Handle both inbound and outbound support calls
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
Collaborate with team members to effectively address technical problems
Qualifications:
Two years of related experience
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows and Windows-based applications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent multitasking and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
