Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — earn up to ($2177 - $2291 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.

  • Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health status regularly.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • Educate families on neonatal care and health management.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

  • Evaluate and adjust care based on patient progress and feedback.

  • Stay updated on best practices and advancements in neonatal care.

  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

  • Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

  • Utilize data and metrics to track patient outcomes and success.

  • Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Current RN license in Oklahoma with NICU experience.

  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training.

  • Strong understanding of neonatal care protocols and best practices.

  • Experience in patient assessment and monitoring vital signs.

  • Commitment to safety and infection control protocols.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
