Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and tours to curate personalized itineraries.
• Provide expert recommendations and insider tips for memorable vacations.
• Handle all aspects of trip planning, including bookings, payments, and confirmations.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and destination updates.
• Offer ongoing support before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older .
• Passionate about travel and customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and internet access required.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
