Window Cleaning Technician – Pink’s Windows
Serving Pleasanton to Walnut Creek and nearby areas

If you’re unreliable, habitually late, or not detail-focused, this is not the job for you.

What You’ll Do

• Clean residential and commercial windows
• Wash screens, tracks, gutters, and solar panels
• Perform pressure and soft washing (concrete, siding, etc.)
• Keep van and equipment clean and organized
• Represent the brand professionally in the field
• Work as part of a respectful, positive team

What We Offer

• Starting at $22/hr, with room to grow based on performance and promotions

• This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor role

What We’re Looking For

• Extremely reliable and punctual — no exceptions
• Extreme attention to detail — quality is our brand
• Physically fit and comfortable on ladders
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to get to the designated meeting location on time each morning
• Clean driving record — you must qualify as a covered driver under our commercial auto insurance
• Must have access to a computer for onboarding and training
• Must have a smartphone capable of installing and using our CRM/job management software
• Polite, respectful, and team-oriented

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
• Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, schedule varies based on jobs
• Work Location: In person across East Bay service areas
• This is an hourly, at-will position in accordance with California labor laws

$750 Signing Bonus Opportunity — Get rewarded as you work. $200 at 50 jobs, $250 at 100 jobs, and $300 at 150 jobs. Return visits don’t count toward totals. Must be employed at payout.
