Job Description
Looking for a responsible adult who is ready for hard work to lead jobs, whether solo or for a crew of 2-3. This is for residential & light commercial window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
What you’ll do
Drive crew truck (once prelim period has approved); load gear; ladder work up to 2 stories; ensure safety & quality of work. Thoroughness of detail is our main quality
Train techs, assign tasks, and close out jobs in our app (photos, notes, payments)
Requirements
1–2+ years in window/gutter cleaning experience. Other trade experience will be considered, but window cleaning is a required part of the job
Ladder and roof confidence & safety consciousness. SAFETY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY
Clean MVR and reliable transportation; jobs are located all around the metro area
Can lift 60 lbs; reliable, on-time, professional
Pay/Perks
$24–$35/hr+ DOE + occasional tips; lots of room for growth and increased earning, depending on what skills you bring to the table, performance with team leadership, etc.
Company truck during shifts (once approved); paid training; gear provided; will start off as 1099 contractor, eventually to be W-2
